Job Description

We are seeking a fun and caring full time veterinary surgeon to join our dynamic Gold Standard Cat Clinic and RCVS accredited training practice on a fixed term basis. Can also consider part time hours.

Our continued growth means that we are now offering the opportunity for a new vet to join our forward thinking team of 2 vets, 3 RVNs, 3 SVNs, 1 VCA and 3 receptionists.

The successful candidate will be fully supported by our current experienced veterinary surgeon.  The role would be 100% SA, no on-call and 1 in 3 Saturday and Sunday mornings. CPD and professional memberships are fully funded to certificate level and freedom is given to pursue areas of clinical interest.

Facilities at our purpose built practice include 4 consulting rooms, operating theatre, central preparation room, digital radiography, dental radiography, ultrasound, modern dental machine, orthopaedic surgical kits and fully functioning laboratory.

High standard of patient care is expected, with an emphasis on excellent client relationships and thorough case work ups.  Full support and clinical freedom ensured.

The practice is situated on South Devon Coast which ensures a good work life balance. There is surfing on the local outstanding beaches, walks on Dartmoor, socialising on the Barbican, relaxing on the Hoe and also Cornwall is only a very short drive away.
