Mixed Veterinary Surgeon required for Clare Vet Group in Ballyclare

The Role

Clare Vet Group are looking for an experienced Mixed Veterinary Surgeon to join them. We treat a range of medical and surgical cases in mixed species and you’ll have good support provided from our experienced team of vets. Minimal TB testing is shared out among 8 vets. There is the opportunity to develop scanning and herd health in the farm section and a wide caseload of surgical and medical small animal cases

About Us

We are an 18 vet, 4-site practice, with purpose-built small and large animal facilities with 4 consults, in house labs, farm and equine rooms. We are RCVS accredited with Hospital status for small animal, and General Practice for Farm and Equine. All mod cons include 3 X Digital Xray, 2 X SA ultrasound, 3 X Farm Ultrasound, endoscope, bronchoscope, full range of anaesthetic monitoring equipment and in house blood machines.

Applicant requirements

Ideally you’ll be an experienced vet, but all lengths of experience will be considered. Opportunity to develop further specialism. Good communication skills essential.
