Hospital Veterinary Surgeon - Watford

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Veterinary Surgeon to join our Watford 24 Hour hospital.

We are seeking a RCVS registered Veterinary Surgeon with 2-3 years UK small animal experience or equivalent, with exceptional communication skills, able to build up great working relationships both with clients and colleagues. 

Medivet Watford is fully equipped with lab equipment, ultrasound, endoscopy, radiography and CT. With a team of numerous certificate holders in Medicine, Surgery and Imaging.

Working in the hospital will allow you to develop your veterinary skills in a supportive and collaborative environment, gaining experience from skilled colleagues and sharing knowledge to deliver outstanding service and care for our clients and patients.

This role works to our 4-day week however we can consider flexible hours for the right candidate. 

Salary and hours: 

• Competitive salary depending on experience

Watford 24-Hour is the hospital for 18 branches across Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Greater London.

Here we have diagnostic ultrasound, endoscopy, CT, dental X-ray and a full orthopaedic theatre. Your hospital team are always on hand to help you work up tricky cases and provide advanced surgical procedures for your patients. And, of course, the hospital provides 24-hour care, with a dedicated vet and 2 support staff on duty all night, every night.
