Company

Delaware Veterinary Group has been established for over 100 years. The original surgeries were at Delaware House, Castle Cary and Market Street, Yeovil.

The new purpose-built premises were opened in Castle Cary on a green field site in July 1999 with facilities for companion, equine and farm animals. The new surgery in Yeovil was established in 1979 on Hendford Hill and has been expanded to meet the demands of Veterinary Practice well into the new millennium.

In October 2000 a new branch surgery was opened in Stoke-sub-Hamdon to extend and improve the service offered to the area by holding daily surgeries in the village.

The Practice employs eleven veterinary surgeons at Castle Cary and five at Yeovil. Together we provide a broad base of experience and expertise, which enables us to offer first class treatment and advice for all species of animals.
