The role: We are seeking an Area Manager to join our wonderful Horsford/South Wooton region.

In this role you will be responsible for visiting different practices within the region, contributing to the efficient, smooth running of the group.


This is a busy, varied role which would suit a confident, enthusiastic and organised individual who works well both within a team and independently.

Key accountabilities: •Management and planning of the practice rotas
•Liaising with regional and practice partners regarding management and personnel of the practice
•Clinical governance and performance/quality management
•Ensure the practice complies with health and safety legislation as directed by Medivet's Health and Safety officer

Skills and experience: •Previous veterinary nursing or veterinary practice experience
•Previous people management experience
•Good time management and an ability to work to tight deadlines
•Ability to motivate others
•Exceptional communication skills
•Full UK driver's license
