Senior Veterinary Surgeon - Bedfordshire

This is an independent progressive First Opinion Practice, based in three surgeries. With easy access to Beds Herts and Bucks countryside, and excellent airport, train and motorway links. The Practice is RCVS accredited, provides SVN training through the College of Animal Welfare, and is a main centre providing clinical services for the Blue Cross.

Senior Veterinary Surgeon - Small Animal

Salary range £55K - £65K, commensurate with experience.

We are looking to recruit a Senior Veterinary Surgeon to lead our dedicated, friendly and enthusiastic SA veterinary team working in our main centre in Luton, and linking with the branch surgery in Harpenden.

The successful candidate will be experienced and competent in first opinion consultations, case work ups and general surgery. We would like a person who is proactive and is enthusiastic about managing and mentoring the SA veterinary team and shares our vision and dedication to delivering outstanding veterinary and client care.

Veterinary Surgeon - Small Animal

We are also looking to recruit a second Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon. This role is to be based at our main centre in Luton, linking with the branch surgery in Dunstable.

Enjoy working as part of a team, whilst having the opportunity to work up and follow your own cases, with colleagues around for help and advice. Salary range £35K - £50K.

Both of these are ideally full-time positions, with a half day every week, but shorter weeks may be negotiable. No OOH, Sundays or Bank Holidays. To include some Saturday mornings worked on a shared rota basis.

For both positions, CPD is encouraged to Certificate level with a generous CPD allowance. Further benefits include: VDS and RCVS fees paid, plus one other membership of your choice.
