New Graduate/Experienced Equine Vet

My client is looking for an ambulatory equine vet to join their expanding team,

This position is suitable for a newly qualified equine vet or a vet with lots of experience,

You will be joining a very experienced 10 vet team,

You will be an enthusiastic and motivated individual who is confident and friendly with effective communication skills at all levels

This is a purely ambulatory role and you will support the hospital staff which includes vets with a broad range of special interests and certificates, qualified equine nurses and a knowledgeable and enthusiastic support team. You will also have the backing of a well-equipped clinic with full surgical facilities and scintigraphy.

The practice has excellent facilities including the usual array of mobile equipment (DR, ultrasound, shockwave, gastroscope) and a range of bespoke Apps designed to make your job easier,

The standard working day starts with hospital rounds at 8.15, finishes at 6.15 with a 45-minute scheduled lunch break. The duty rota is approximately a 1 in 10 first and backup rota.
