We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated veterinary surgeon to join our team. A normal day at Bellevue consists of small animal consults which includes of your usual dogs, cats, and rabbits as well as an increasing exotics caseload. There is a mixture of surgery and work up examinations on a daily basis. The position is 4/5 days per week depending on hours/days worked plus 1 in 4 weekends and 1 night per week on call. Salary range £35,000 - £45,000.
Bellevue Veterinary Clinic is set in the beautiful village of Trudoxhill, close to Bath and near the airport in Bristol. Our premises are well equipped with digital x-rays, ultrasound, laser, dentistry facilities, and an in-house laboratory allowing you the freedom to provide the best standards of clinical care.
We are a mixed practice with 4 small animal vets and 2 equine vets and both qualified and student nurses. We have 3 vets currently undertaking certificates and we would be willing to support you in undertaking a certificate. We are involved in the village life and hold a village Fayre on the premises each year, which is well attended.
The position would suit an experienced and ambitious vet who wishes to develop their career in a progressive and supportive practice. The candidate will ideally be a certificate holder or studying towards a certificate.
