We have a great opportunity for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon looking to take the next step into becoming a Clinical Director. Generous Clinical CPD budget, alongside a 2 week IVC CD Leadership and Development training course. IVC quarterly CD meetings, plus regular Clinical Board, Marketing and Financial updates. Average 5 days a week, with 1 in 3 Saturdays consulting only 9-5pm with the following Friday and weekend off. No OOH. No Sundays.
Salary £50,000-£65,000 dependent on experience + CD bonus of up to £15k/year dependent on the progress of clinic.
We are a thriving 2 site RCVS Accredited practice in South London, established 90 years this summer! Situated in a lovely part of South London, no accommodation is offered but both clinics are within 5 minutes’ walk of mainline train stations.
We have all the equipment and support needed for you to carry out your job in a professional friendly manner. We have a team of 5 wonderful Vets with a wide range of interests plus 4 RVNs and support staff. We are a very friendly team in a happy, positive, and supportive workplace.
You will be an experienced first opinion Vet as the role entails a mix of first opinion consulting and surgical caseload, with 1 full day a week dedicated to management. You will have full clinical freedom, and will be able to work up your cases from start to finish.
You would be sharing the CD role with our current CD, with the full support of our superwoman of a PM, Head VN, and IVC Business Support Manager. Therefore this role would suit either an experienced CD, or someone completely new to the role.
