A senior position, with leadership responsibilities can be offered to an interested applicant, with the right experience, to help drive our programme of continuous service improvement (with potential of salary up to £60 – 70,000 dependent on experience).

Our stand-alone Practice is situated on the outskirts of the university town of Loughborough in a busy residential area with on-site parking; great motorway and train links to Nottingham, Leicester, the Peak District, Birmingham & London and being centrally located, the rest of the UK.

We see a wide range of medical and surgical cases. Our Partner, Luke Knowles, who qualified at Bristol, in 2003, has recently passed his post-graduate surgery certificate, which offers our clients more in-house complex and orthopaedic surgeries, and for our vets, opportunities to develop their surgical skills. The surgery offers state of the art facilities including digital x-ray, digital endoscopes, ultrasound, lab and an array of surgical and orthopaedic equipment.

Established in 2001, Vet4Pets and Companion Care provide management services to their network of small animal veterinary practices across the UK.

Practices are located either within Pets At Home stores or as standalone units, both under the highly successful joint venture business model. Vets4Pets and Companion Care form the Pets At Home Vet Group, operated with their Joint Venture Vet Partners.  As at 1st January 2015, The Pets at Home Vet Group operated 308 Vet practices across the UK, including 121 standalone and 187 in-store practices under the Vets4Pets and Companion Care brands and as at 14th November 2014, The Pets at Home Vet Group employed 841 veterinary surgeons and we are now the largest small animal veterinary group in the UK. The Support Office is based in Kingston Lisle, Oxfordshire and employs over 145 colleagues to help support the business needs of the joint venture partners (JVP) and their teams.
