As a progressive, growing and highly successful practice we are always on the lookout for outstanding team members to join our friendly team. We are a Primary Care, small animal Practice with a strong vet team of 8 Vets including 2 certificate holders; One in Dermatology and another awaiting certification for their CertAVP.

The Clinical Nursing Manager (CNM) role is key to the businesses ability to provide a high level of clinical standards. This will include strategic, professional and operational leadership to the nursing team across the practices and also provide a nursing voice at a senior level. The CNM will ensure that patients are managed as effectively as possible from a nursing perspective to support the profitability and further growth of the practice. Working enthusiastically with your team you will help maintain a happy, efficient working environment, whilst ensuring practice policies and group policies are adhered to at all times whilst providing outstanding patient and client care.

If you have experience of leading a team, 5 years in practice, with a minimum of 2years post RVN registration please get in touch.

This is a 40 hour week with 1 weekend in 4.

We work over 3 sites in Bebington, Heswall & Wallasey in the beautiful Wirral, all within 10 miles of the hustle and bustle of Liverpool city center! Our size, locations and varied case load means we can support a range of skill sets and continued professional development aspirations be that medical, surgical or Leadership.
