Job Details

We are looking for an enthusiastic veterinary surgeon to join our friendly team. The position is full time (40 hours per week). The OOH rota is shared, including 1 Saturday in 4. Purton Vets has an excellent reputation in the local and wider community of North Wiltshire. The clinical team is made up of 5 vets and 6 RVNs and 1 SVN. All our RVNs and trainee nurses have completed the ‘Fear Free’ training scheme.
We are a gold certificate cat friendly clinic and we consider the emotional wellbeing of our patients as important as their physical health. We have a range of good quality equipment including patient warming systems, infusion pumps, capnography, blood pressure, tonometry, dental x-ray, doppler ultrasound, flexible gastroscope, bronchoscope, rigid endoscopes, laparoscopy, and in-house blood testing.
