Rosemullion Hospital, Falmouth are looking for an experienced Vet to join their team. As well as a superb first opinion team, the hospital team has a number of certificate holders including, ophthalmology, surgery and exotics to name a few.  If you are interested in working in a large first opinion service or would like to gain / already hold a certificate in any field then please read on, you could be just the person the team is looking for.

At the new hospital there are 7 consult rooms, a day case treatment area, a dental suite, three operating theatres fully equipped for general, orthopaedic, laparoscopic and ophthalmic surgery.  There is a purpose built diagnostic suite equipped for CT, Ultrasound, General & Dental X-ray, Endoscopy, and Bronchoscopy; there will also be a visiting MRI Unit. In short the new hospital is fully equipped to support a busy first opinion and referral service. 

From September, we are launching our MiNight Vet service, so there will be no night-time OOHs work in this role.  Your new role will be working in modern clinical facilities for a forward thinking team that has a strong emphasis on supporting all our staff to ensure we enjoy our work and deliver clinical excellence.

 What would an ideal new team member look like?

• 2 years+ experience
• Values high clinical standards
• Has a desire to continue to progress their clinical knowledge and share their learning with the team
• Forward thinking and progressive

What does the role entail?

• Full or Part Time will be considered
• Weekend and Bank Holiday cover on a rota
