Job Details

We are a dynamic multi-site pet-only practice in the South West's capital city seeking a Veterinary Surgeon to join our long standing and supportive team. Our working day is 8:30-6:30, 4 days a week with no on call and 1 in 3 Saturdays until 4pm. We work both independently and within a team. You will be expected to manage your time and to take responsibility for your own cases within a supportive team culture.

We can offer you the opportunity to work with our fabulous team and great clients in a vibrant location with the empowerment for you to make a difference to both our clients and your career. We want you to enjoy and love coming to work. We have a culture of openness, kindness, honesty and loyalty. We have a team of 6 vets and 9 RVNs across 4 surgeries working hard to provide exceptional and personalised care. We are excited about our future as a practice and we think we have an ethos that promotes a healthy and mindful workplace.

Ideally you will be an all-round Vet and be comfortable with sole charge. If you can deal with a bleeding bitch spay calmly then we would like to speak with you. We have a strong team culture but expect every team member to take ownership and responsibility for their own areas of work. We need someone who is proactive within the team but also developing their career. You will ideally be a cup half full rather than empty kind of person.
