Morris & Plumley is an independent veterinary practice based in Alnwick in beautiful Northumberland, in the North East of England. We have our focus firmly on providing excellent first opinion care for pets and farm animals. We’ve brought together a highly qualified and experienced team of veterinary professionals to offer the very best in animal healthcare, and after several years serving many hundreds of patients, we need someone to help us care for those that matter most to our clients.  We are a rapidly growing practice that offers the highest standards of diagnosis, treatment and care to match our client’s needs. As an independent practice, all our team our fully invested in our success, bringing great teamwork, a strong work ethic, and a great place to work.

REQUIREMENTS:

Not everyone can be a Veterinary Surgeon at Morris & Plumley. Our caseload is a mix of pets and farm animals, with the farm animal work a mixture of beef and sheep clients.  To be considered for this role you will ideally have the experience of working in both farm and small animal practice – however we are happy to support any vet that needs a helping hand. No equine work is required. Any newly employed vet with a special interest would be welcome.  We are happy to invest in our employees with time and equipment.  You will ideally be looking for a long-term role and make roots in this stunning part of the country.
