An exciting opportunity has become available at the East Island Animal Hospital location of the Creature Comforts Group. We are seeking an experienced veterinarian with a passion for quality medicine and team development to take on the role of Clinical Director of our 24 hour hospital.

The Clinical Director is a senior veterinarian with a high level of experience and knowledge in internal medicine. It is someone with strong leadership skills in order to provide direction and support for the vet team, allowing them to practice our expected excellent quality of medicine.
Your focus will be to work with the veterinary team at our 24 hour hospital, to set and maintain clinical standards through training, performance management, professional development, motivation and team building. The Clinical Director role will work closely with the Veterinary Operations Director to implement policy that will allow us to achieve our company vision and support our teammates to achieve their full potential.
The role will be located at the East Island Animal Hospital in Sai Wan Ho.
This role will suit a Veterinarian with at least 10 years of experience, preferably with a strong emphasis in internal medicine. You should have a passion for leading and motivating teams and experience in setting and achieving KPIs to support business growth.
