Job Details

We are currently looking for a veterinary surgeon with drive and ambition to lead the team at our Bracknell Harmans Water practice.

The successful applicant should be highly motivated, have strong organisational and management skills and have the drive  to help develop this practice further with support from the local Wokingham 24 Hour Hospital. This is an ideal opportunity for someone keen to establish themselves as a Lead Vet whilst working in a supportive network. The practice has a longstanding friendly client base and sees a varied caseload.

A client-orientated approach and excellent communication skills is a must, alongside the ability to work to a very high standard both medically and surgically. The practice is well equipped with digital x-ray, dental x-ray, portable ultrasound, doppler blood pressure and a new multiparameter that includes ECG, capnography, pulse oximetry and oscillometric blood pressure.

Here at Medivet Harmans Water, our aim is to deliver the most accessible, comprehensive and high-quality veterinary care. Our feline friendly clinic has a supportive team that consists of two vets and a nursing team of four.

Harmans Water is a leafy suburb of Bracknell close to the M3 and M4 with good transport links to Reading and London.

We’re a family of passionate veterinary professionals committed to providing truly exceptional care.

We’re always looking for people who aspire to stand out in their field, and it’s this vision and enthusiasm that forms the foundation of how we work.

In everything we do, we work together and look out for each other. We’re all working towards the same goal: exceptional care.

Our people support each other within practices and across regions, and our clinicians work closely with our Support Centre colleagues – forming one team made of many teams. We work hard together but socialise, too. We’re proud that our community fosters strong bonds and friendships.

All our people are warmly encouraged to get involved in shaping the business, to consider becoming partners, or move into management roles. Every day, there’s a chance to have an impact on this business in its exciting growth phase.

Search our opportunities and apply today to become part of our family.
