Jacqui Paterson’s is a 3 branch, privately owned Veterinary Practice located in the beautiful North East of England. All three branches have convenient access to local Motorway routes and we expect this will suit anyone worried about travel to and from work.

Our main branch in Stockton is currently readying itself to play host to Vets Now, Europe’s leading veterinary care provider, having secured a long-term contract with them for their out of hours service. This is an exciting time for the business and is testament to the growing reputation of Jacqui Paterson’s in the region.

We are looking to recruit 1 to 2 enthusiastic and committed Veterinary Surgeons who will fit in with our existing family here at JP Vets. We currently employ, 7 Vets and 4 RVN’s with further additional support staff covering the 3 branches. Each practice has fantastic medical and surgical facilities.

The successful candidates ideally needs to have a minimum of 1 years’ experience working with Small Animals. Strong communication skills are essential, and you must be a good team player. We also want someone who is keen to learn, share and progress with their colleagues, and above all, we want someone who is caring and who will demonstrate a real love for animals. Jacqui Patersons will support all successful candidates with advanced certificate support in whichever field they wish to pursue. 

The practice does also treat exotic animals in addition to small animals and ongoing training would be offered to candidates who show an interest in expanding their knowledge in this area. This is non-essential however.
