Medivet Epsom Pound Lane are seeking a confident Veterinary Surgeon to join their lovely clinic.

You will ideally have at least 1 year of UK veterinary experience.

This is a busy practice which will provide the successful candidate with a great scope to learn and develop their career. 

This role covers 39 hours a week over 4 days, offering a great work-life balance. You will also be part of a weekend rota of 1 in 3 half weekends or 1 in 6 full weekends.

Salary & Benefits:

A very competitive package of up to £50,000 per annum (depending on experience), which includes accommodation allowance and a vehicle or vehicle allowance

£1,500 CPD allowance with 3 days’ CPD leave per annum or pro rata and in-house CPD training

5 weeks annual leave, plus bank holidays

VDS, RCVS, BVA fees paid

Skills and experience:

You must be a Veterinary Surgeon who is registered with the RCVS.

You should have at least 1 year of UK (or UK equivalent) veterinary experience.

Medivet Epsom Pound Lane is a busy, well established practice in leafy Surrey. The practice sits on the edge of a small park with ample parking and is a stones throw from the infamous Epsom Downs Racecourse, a short walk to the main Epsom town centre with all its shops and cafes and has direct access into central London via Epsom Train station. 

The practice has a varied and exciting caseload, and is supported by other Medivet practices in the area, which can extend to providing services such as advanced orthopaedic and soft tissue surgeries,  Imaging (U/S and CT) and intensive care of patients. 

The practice has a fun and a stable team, who enjoy working cases up and looking after their patients and clients, to the best of their ability.
