We are looking for an enthusiastic veterinary surgeon to join our friendly team at Filton Vets4Pets. 

You will be joining a long established (18 years) small animal practice which is still growing year on year with a supportive team that includes 6 Vets, 3 RVNs, 3 SVNs, a practice manager, credit controller, administrator and 6 receptionists. Led by Michael Parry, the practice is located on the Shield Retail Centre, close to a great selection of local amenities, bus and train routes and offers a large free on-site car park. 

Our practice is built to industry leading standards and has state of the art equipment which includes In-house lab, digital x-ray, and ECG. We see a variety of cases and have built a loyal client base within our fantastic local community.

Person Specification

This rewarding position is full time, 40 hours per week, and will include up to every other Saturday. We are closed on Sundays meaning all of our colleagues can enjoy an excellent work-life balance. 

This role plays a key part within a small, friendly team and so the ideal candidate will be adaptable and flexible. You should also have good general surgical and medical skills and experience in emergency surgery.
