Full or Part Time Veterinary Surgeon - Widnes Vets4Pets

We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate veterinary surgeon to come and join our friendly and vibrant team at Widnes Vets4Pets.

Owned by veterinary surgeon Rachel Woodward, the surgery is located inside Pets at Home in Bowers Retail Park, close to a great selection of local amenities, bus routes and less than a mile and a half away from Widnes train station.

CPD is encouraged and supported at Widnes Vets4Pets, with certificates available for the right candidate. Rachel has completed her exotics and surgery certificate.

Ideally we would like someone full time (40 hours per week) but we will consider part time hours as well, with a salary between £33k - £46k per year, pro rata and dependent on experience. 

Person Specification

The successful candidates will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to conduct basic consultations and perform routine surgeries such as neutering, dental work, lumpectomies, etc.
