An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Veterinary Surgeon to join our Horncastle practice working alongside an experienced Branch Partner. This role also includes some work at our newly acquired Coningsby practice.

Joining our professional, personable team in Horncastle, you’ll deliver exceptional care by going beyond consulting to listen and empathising, putting patients and clients first, always.

As qualified MRCVS, you’ll already have good experience gained in small animal practice. You’ll be competent in clinical examination and surgery and confident working sole charge or as part of the wider team. Sharing our values being trustworthy, caring and progressive, you will have all the softer skills essential to working effectively, building trusting relationships with your colleagues, harnessing our one team culture. You will also display good communication skills and the desire to share your knowledge and skills by being an outstanding, positive example to others.

Salary & Benefits
Salary dependent on experience
Accommodation allowance £5,400 per annum
Vehicle or vehicle allowance £2,500 per annum
CPD allowance £1,500 plus 3 days CPD leave per annum
RCVS,VDA & BVA fees paid
5 weeks annual leave plus bank holidays

We can also support Certificates of Sponsorship for a Tier 2 (General) Visa if you meet the criteria and are eligible to register as a veterinary surgeon with the RCVS upon arrival in the UK.

Horncastle is a lovely market town in Lincolnshire situated 20 minutes from the coast and is known for its antique shops with a fine heritage and un-spoilt modern developments. This is a busy 2 vet practice with excellent facilities and a varied caseload. Excellent opportunity for a vet wishing to develop their skills whilst working alongside an experienced and supportive team.

Our Coningsby practice is newly acquired in a brand new building and works alongside our Horncastle practice.
