Independent Client, South Yorkshire, 5 Vet Practice.

This independent client have a real focus on development and currently half their vets in this location are going through certificates (SAS and Cardiology) as well as other vets in their 2 sister practices also studying towards certificates.  

Within the small group, vets will shortly have access to CT scanner arriving shortly as well as the usual equipment levels you would expect in a quality first opinion practice.  Their goal is to grow their vets skills and knowledgebase to allow for internal referrals.  They are happy to invest in whatever equipment will support this.

As standard vets work a 4 day week with currently 1 in 3 weekends although this will shortly stretch to 1 in 4.  There are no OOH's.

This role would suit candidates with 12 months or more experience so happily doing their own routine surgeries and managing their own medical caseload.

Packages for vets with 24 months experience would be in the £40k range plus quarterly bonus with a pay review every 6 months.
