Clinical Director (Full or Part Time) - Kent

My client is looking for an experienced veterinary surgeon who is looking for the next step in the career as a Clinical Director,

This is a great opportunity to lead and inspire the current team whilst being instrumental in the direction the practice takes.

This role is the perfect stepping stone to partnership or a great chance for an experienced vet to progress into a leadership role.

This is a full time role with no OOH,

The practice has a loyal cliental and a varied and interesting caseload,

The ideal applicant will have strong small animal experience as a general practitioner, as well as excellent people skills. Specialist interests and postgraduate qualifications (or a wish to gain them) are welcomed and supported but not necessary to the role.

This role can be flexible for the right candidate so if you are looking for school friendly hours or part time hours then you can still be considered for the role,

Ideally you will be able to help with the weekend rota with time back in lieu,
