Our team at Reading Vets4Pets is growing, and we now a great opportunity for a veterinary surgeon to join us! 

This is a flexible part time role, between 12-20 hours per week, with weekends on a rota basis, and no OOHs! 

Our practice is based on the busy Brunel Retail Park, with easy access into Reading centre and commutable by bus or car having the M4 nearby and plenty of on-site car parking. Our great location means we benefit from a good variety of cases and a superb loyal client base. The well-equipped surgery is purpose built to industry leading standards and includes digital x-ray dental machine and a fully equipped operating theatre.Reading 2

You will be joining our team of 3 vets, 2 RVNs, 2 SVNs, 3 VCAs and 3 receptionists. Our veterinary surgeon and practice owner Dr. Hassan Salamian has been in the industry over 15 years and offers a welcoming and supportive environment in a friendly and established team. Reading 3

Person Specification

Our ideal new colleague will be a personable and forward-thinking vet, who is confident with routine medical and surgical cases and able to perform all neuterings and routine procedures independently. You will enjoy building strong relationships with patients and clients, and you will be happy to support your fellow team members when necessary in this hands on role.
