Colebrook is a growing 2 vet practice on the outskirts of Birmingham. It has all of the equipment you would expect at a branch practice including x-rays, ultrasound, dental x-ray, 2 consult rooms, fully equipped theatre. Being part of a larger group allows us to offer CT scanning, MRI scans, K- laser and access to certificate holders in medicine, surgery, imaging and exotics.
We have 26 vets (9 certificate holders in multiple disciplines), 27 RVNs, 5 SVNs, 1 Recovery ANA, 11 Veterinary Auxiliaries alongside a full complement of reception and admin staff working throughout our 7 surgeries.
The vacancy is for a Registered Veterinary Nurse who is hardworking and enthusiastic. The successful candidate will be confident in all aspects of nursing including inpatient care and theatre work. Whilst we are ideally looking for someone with experience, we would equally be happy to support a newly qualified nurse looking to develop their career in a supportive team. As we are a small team there maybe a need to assist with reception duties, so excellent communication skills and a team player are a must.
