  • 29.66 hours a week
  • 1 in 3 weekends
  • Some sole charge required from 5.30pm to 7.00pm and no OOHs

A little about us:

We are a friendly and supportive small animal practice, within the newly expanded and renovated Pets at Home “store of the future” in Taunton. Taunton 2Owner and Vet Jonathan Jones, who qualified at Bristol University in 2006 and has a certificate in Medicine, is joined by 3 part time Vets (one with a Behaviour Certificate) We have 2 full time and 1 part time Registered Veterinary Nurses, with 41 years of experience between them, as well as 1 ACA with over 10 years of service at the practice and 5 experienced receptionists – so you are in good hands at Taunton Vets4Pets!

Team work is our speciality! We are proud of our reputation locally as an excellent veterinary practice (Jonathon and his team are brilliant. I would not consider going anywhere else) and we know passion for animal welfare and strong teamwork is what has got us here.

CPD is actively encouraged and paid for, and we would be happy to support certificates in areas of special interest. Person Specification

About You:

You will be an RVN with some experience in general practice, who is happy working in a team and communicating with our lovely, loyal clients. You will be passionate about animal welfare and have a great sense of drive within your role of Registered Veterinary Nurse.
