Veterinary Surgeon (Full or Part Time) Newmarket

Lida Vets was formed in 1991 by husband and wife Josh and Liz Lida.  .  The ideal candidate would have at least two years’ experience working in the UK, be confident in routine consultations and surgeries, able to work sole charge on weekends/nights, and willing to provide support any graduate vets. 

You will have access to ultrasonography, digital radiography, capnography, cautery, blood pressure monitoring and other equipment, and benefit from the expertise of our visiting specialists (in cardiology, neurology, orthopaedics and ophthalmology).  There will be plenty of opportunities to exercise your clinical judgment on a varied caseload, as well as to discuss challenging cases within a supportive team.

Hours:

The hours are negotiable, but an example of a full-time role would be 4 days per week, 1 weekday night on call, 1 in 4/5 weekends on call.
