Veterinary Surgeon – Part-time Telemedicine Clinician based at Woodford Green

We have a newly created role for a Veterinary Surgeon with some experience to provide the clinical lead at our client contact centre. The role will be based at our head office in Woodford Green.  The position is around 22/23 hours a week, Monday – Friday and there is some flexibility around the rota’ d hours to accommodate other commitments.

This is an unusual and exciting role where the key responsibilities are:

• To provide veterinary consultations and advice via telemedicine channels.
• Act as departmental clinical advisor to our contact centre’s clinical and non-clinical teams.
• To help develop our telemedicine provision into a high-quality, client-focused, and valued strategic service.
• To work closely with group practices and our marketing team to create client information and advice through various media including written, verbal, photographic, recorded voice, and video.

The ideal candidate must be a gifted communicator with a passion for client care, with experience in small animal practice within the UK, RCVS registered, and proficient in spoken and written English.

The salary is dependent on experience and we have a generous CPD allowance of £2000 (pro-rata for part-time roles).
