The Role
We have an exciting opportunity due to expansion, for a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our team here at Cedar Grove. Our hospital is fast paced with a varied caseload that requires a nurse with the ability to multitask. We pride ourselves on the commitment and high standard of care our nurses dedicate to caring for the pre and post-operative patients and the intensive care patient requiring 24hr care. We also offer many nurse led patient clinics along with opportunities for further qualifications which are encouraged and funded.

About Us
Cedar Grove is a RCVS Registered practice with extensive facilities to include the usual laboratory, inpatient and intensive care facilities new imaging suite, CT, MRI fixed units and ultrasound. We have an experienced and knowledgeable team of 8 vets, 15 dedicated nursing staff, 3 trainee nurses, 2 assistant nurses and 10 admin staff. Our vets and nursing staff include certificate holders in a range of disciplines. This vast pool of knowledge and experience allows us to offer an exceptional service and level of care for pets and clients.

Applicant Requirements
The ideal candidate will be a RCVS Registered Veterinary Nurse who has completed the appropriate training and has up to date CPD. Experience gained in a similar small animal practice setting would be preferable although not mandatory as nurses who are looking to gain further experience and develop their career will be fully supported.
