Clinical Directors - Nationwide

We are currently representing a number of practices across the UK who are seeking experienced Veterinary Surgeons for clinical director positions with salaries of up to £70,000.

We have a number of unique opportunities in both independent and multi-vet practices for experienced and ambitious individuals to further their careers as clinical directors. The successful applicant with be tasked with driving the practices forward alongside their exceptionally skilled and experienced existing teams. Previous management or leadership experience may be advantageous, but it is not necessarily a must if you have a good level of clinical experience and a decent business understanding.

There is room for flexibility on the rotas, but we are ideally looking for someone to work a 5-day week of 8 hour days. There would be some expectation for weekend working which would include elements of on call, however. 1-2 days per week will be designated to non-clinical duties as standard.

The packages on offer are very competitive with salaries going up to £70,000, up to 5 weeks holiday and up to £2000 CPD allowance. There are a number of other perks as well in the form of health care and professional memberships being covered.
