We are a growing small animal practice in Paisley, just off the M8 motorway near Glasgow Airport. We are a small but mighty group of like- minded vets, nurses and support team with a philosophy of empathy and down to earth communication with our lovely, loyal client base. We aren’t about upselling- our mantra is doing the best we can for our patient and our clients and the rest falls into place. We enjoy chatting to our clients and grotty dentals as well as the exciting cases. We have visiting orthopaedic, imaging and cardiology support.  Most importantly, we support each other.

We have digital x-rays and dental xray and processor, ultrasound, in house lab and brand new electrocautery. We are looking to expand our services with endoscopy and laparoscopy. We are a silver cat friendly practice, RAWF practice and are proud to embody the free free approach to our patients.

As a busy mum and practice owner, I am looking for someone to help me lead our growing team and work with me to increase the services we provide to our growing client base.

In return, I can offer

• No CPD budget- if it benefits our patients and we can all learn then it’s all good
• Excellent salary ranging from £45- £60 K dependent on experience
• No OOH
• 29 days holiday per annum plus a day off on your birthday
• Automatic pension enrolment
• Weekend rota of 1 in 3 Saturday mornings 9am-12 noon
• Flexible working hours/days. We class full time as a four day week with a protected day off each week.  Happy to discuss other flexible working arrangements.
• One to one counselling/coaching with an excellent third party service
• RCVS and VDS fees included
