Veterinary Surgeon - Penrith

Fancy a move to the Lake District? We are situated in the busy market town of Penrith, on the edge of the Lakes.

Due to expansion, Frame, Swift and Partners are seeking an experienced full-time vet to join our diverse team which includes certificate holders across multiple disciplines.

We have an array of equipment (including routine use of laparoscopic kit for neutering) and skills in our existing 17-vet mixed practice team and are looking for an individual with a strong small animal bias who can complement and extend our small animal service, with the opportunity to carve out their own niche.

We are very proud of our excellent team, and have a low staff turnover, which makes this an unusual opportunity. We feel that at this time, an experienced vet would most suit our needs.

CPD, up to and including certificates, is encouraged and funded. We are an independent practice, with RCVS PSS accreditation, with a team of excellent experienced RVN’s (and promising SVN’s ) who do on call OOH.

We do our own OOH on a 2 in 12 rota, and would be looking for someone to contribute to the rota. Time off in lieu is given after on call duties.
