Practice Manager - Terrington, Kings Lynn

The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a practice manager to come and join our team here at Terrington Vets. We are looking for a professional manager who will lead and motivate our team of 30 professionals. The role is varied and requires excellent organisation and administration skills, combined with working knowledge of HR, H&S and GDPR. Business vision and open-progressive minded will be valued attributes.

About Us
We are a small animal practice in a large village called Terrington, near Kings Lynn. We are lucky enough to have all the local amenities you could need close by but be situated in the heart of the Norfolk countryside with stunning coastline on our doorstep. Terrington is a first opinion practice with no OOHs and excellent facilities and equipment including laser therapy and two theatres. We are a cat friendly practice and working towards becoming rabbit friendly too. We have loyal customer base and pride ourselves on providing an exceptional standard of service to both our patients and clients alike.  

We have an excellent team of 6 Vets, 4 RVN's and 20 other support staff including Receptionists, Trainee Nurses, Kennel Assistants and a Customer Care manager.

Applicant Requirements
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in managing and motivating teams. Relevant qualifications in HR, GDPR and H&S would be desirable. The ability to work independently on your own initiative and as part of a close team is essential. Full training on all unfamiliar areas can be provided for the right candidate.
