Clinical Director needed for our fantastic practice in Ashford!

As Clinical Director with an experienced and friendly management team, you will be responsible for the management of the hospital and upholding exceptional clinical standards. Guiding the clinical team on a day-to-day basis will form an important part of your role.

Barrow Hill is a long-established first opinion surgery, with superb facilities, including a purpose-built imaging suite, with a CT scanner along with a full range of imaging equipment. The surgical facilities are impressive – the surgery makes full use of an extensive laparoscopy kit and a wide range of high-end orthopaedic equipment.

The hospital boasts two ops theatres, a dedicated and brilliantly laid-out prep area and In-patients are housed in separate dog and cat wards.

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic clinical director who is motivated, experienced and has strong communication skills to drive the practice forward. Excellent client and patient care is a must – and you will probably be qualified at least to certificate holder level.

You will be well supported by a network of like-minded professionals and this role offers an excellent opportunity for anyone who has wanted to run their own practice without the burden of financial commitment.
