Bulwell Vets4Pets has a fantastic opportunity for a veterinary surgeon to join their friendly and professional team. 

We are a successful small animal practice with an established and ever-growing client-base as well as a varied caseload. 

Bulwell is just a few miles from Nottingham's busy city centre with access to the tram route, yet still close to the Peak District and East Midlands airport. The bright, spacious, air-conditioned surgery is purpose built to industry leading standards and has state of the art equipment including digital x-ray, ultrasound, endoscopy, ECG and in-house laboratory facilities. 

Our partners, Clare Vitale and Janet Hammond have built a fantastic reputation and take great pride in their team and practice. Clare graduated from the Royal Veterinary College and has 22 years of experience, whilst Janet has a number of years nursing experience and has been at the practice since opening in 2004. Their strong team is made up of 4 Vets, 5 Nurses and 4 receptionists, all with plenty of experience and a wide range of interests.

Person Specification

We are looking for someone confident, friendly and enthusiastic with great communication skills. You’ll have good general small animal surgical and medical abilities and a desire to learn and improve. Ideally you will have experience of working in a busy environment where client and patient care are key.

We're looking for someone who is able to work full time which will include Saturdays on rota basis, with no Sundays or OOH! This is a great opportunity to be part of a fun, hardworking and motivated team, offering the chance to develop your own specialisms in a supportive environment.
