The University of Glasgow, School of Veterinary Medicine is seeking a highly motivated Lecturer.  You will supervise professional phase veterinary undergraduate students (BVMS 5) participating in first opinion small animal clinical service, primarily at partner sites off campus, with an emphasis on supervising common primary care case presentations. You will also support the acquisition of clinical skills by BVMS students at Garscube.

The School of Veterinary Medicine is based in the north of the city of Glasgow on the Garscube estate and is a constituent of the College of Medical, Veterinary and Life Sciences. The School currently offers a 5 year professional programme BVMS, leading to recognition as a veterinarian in many countries and is renowned for teaching, research and clinical provision, and attracts students, researchers and clinicians from around the world.

The successful candidate will hold a veterinary degree registrable with the RCVS and sufficient experience within clinical practice.  

This post is part time, 14 hours per week and fixed term for 4 months. The working pattern of the post is 2 days per week, however there is flexibility for 4 mornings per week.
