Full Time Registered Veterinary Nurse required (Part time considered)
Salary – £20-24k depending on experience

Successful, established practice looking for an additional enthusiastic full-time nurse to complement our current outstanding and experienced team of five nurses and four vets who are fully supported by a team of receptionists and a practice manager.

Owned and run by a husband and wife, we have steadily grown over the last 12 years and continue to invest in our team and practice facilities. We have the heart of an independent practice backed up with the business knowledge of the Vets4Pets support structure.

We encourage high quality medicine and surgery and our nurses are given the opportunity to perform Schedule 3 procedures, use their skills to their full potential and assist our vets with a wide range of surgeries.

Our practice is an ideal place to develop and indulge yourself and your skill set. Our nursing team actively perform tasks such as radiology, in patient care (including isolation cases), blood pressure monitoring, critical care, consultations, post-operative care and in house laboratory work.

Our practice boasts a wide range of modern medical equipment such as digital x-ray, in-house laboratory area, ultrasound and a two table theatre. 

We use RxWorks.

Our practice requires a proactive attitude and “can do” approach to your daily routine. The ideal candidate would have a positive attitude, great work ethic and a drive for success to keep providing our patients with the outstanding care and compassion they deserve.

Covid-19 – Team Safety
The safety of our team is of paramount importance and we have a robust Covid-19 Protocol in place, to kelp keep us all safe. We provide full PPE to our team and we are currently asking our clients to wait outside at their consultations.We also have hand sanitising stations throughout the practice and encourager outine hand washing. Consultation times have been increased to ensure excellent patient care.

Shared Saturday morning rota. No Sundays.
