Scarsdale Vets are delighted to be able to offer the opportunity to join our purpose-built Practice in Wollaton. We are seeking a pioneering small animal veterinary surgeon who has the vision and the dynamism to create an environment of success. Full training will be provided by one of our successful practices and support will always be within your reach.

The Role

Growing and maintaining your client base will be a key element of your responsibilities. While being run as an independent practice you will have autonomy for your cases plus also the full support of our hospital facilities and expert knowledge from the first opinion day and night teams and the referral services in Pride Park. With proven experience of small animal care, you will have a good working knowledge of core clinical procedures and will provide excellent client care. Our customers come back to us again and again because they know we care. You will be working sole charge at the practice, so you will need to be confident in making decisions.

Applicant Requirements

We are looking for a candidate who is RCVS qualified, has experience working with small animals and great customer service skills. Being sole charge of the practice, you will also need excellent core veterinary skills as well as the ability to prioritise and delegate where needed. Although not essential, we would also like someone who is keen to develop and grow their own practice with local knowledge of the competitor practices.
