Veterinary Surgeon - Buckingham

My clients are looking for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join their established and successful team in Buckinghamshire.

You will have access to all of the excellent facilities including an operating theatre, x-ray machine, Ultrasound machine and dental machine, as well as the support of an established and welcoming team, keen to nurture your skills and help you develop and grow with the business.

You will be joining a team made up of 15 including a team of 3 vets, 3 nurses, 1 SVN, 1 VCA, 6 Receptionists and 2 Practice Managers. They are a close team who have a very strong emphasis on team empathy.

The ideal vet to join them should be confident with all routine medical and surgical cases. An interest in a specialism would be preferred but they are flexible around what specialism. An OV would be desirable, but a will to be trained as an OV would be considered too.

You will enjoy building strong relationships with patients and clients and you will be happy to support your fellow team members when necessary in this hands on role.

The role is full time, 35-40 hours per week working Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and 1 in 3 weekends. Your hours will be spread over 3 x 10 hour days (with an unpaid lunch break). There will be some sole charge responsibility at weekends, and no OOH.
