We are looking for a vet who enjoys the variety of mixed work and sets high standards. Good communication and clinical skills as well as a sense of humour are essential to fit into our friendly independent practise. Split 50% large (mainly beef) 50% small animal, with our own in practice 3 vet equine team. This allows mixed vets to choose to opt out of equine or work with an experienced equine team.
The practice is within an hour of Edinburgh but offers the benefits of a rural location. Our current 1:6 rota allows good work/life balance. New graduates will be supported with good support.
