We are looking for a Clinical Director to join our award winning RCVS accredited small animal hospital in Surrey. The role involves working closely with the rest of the team on a day to day basis, providing clinical support and guidance where needed. It also involves working closely with the Business Support Manager, to be aware of changes that are happening on a group-wide basis and enable these changes at a practice level. You should be an experienced and competent Veterinary Surgeon who is willing to lead the team in clinical matters and help in their development. The role involves managing the diary and the day to day running of the clinic, being involved in the finances of the clinic and leading the progression and development of the practice. We pride ourselves on excellent patient care and welfare, along with amazing and supportive staff.

We are a friendly small animal hospital with our own dedicated out of hour’s service. We work to extremely high standards of patient care, with separate dog and cat wards, in-house laboratory, ultrasound, in-house blood gases and laparoscopic equipment. We are one of the few practices nationally to have been awarded ‘outstanding’ in all six standard awards.

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Clinical Director who is motivated, experienced and has strong communication skills. Management experience although not essential, would be an advantage.
