If you are an enthusiastic experienced or recently graduated veterinary surgeon looking to join a warm and friendly team then we would love to hear from you at Companion Care Redhill!
Located between the M23 and M25 and on a major railway junction, Redhill has the advantage of excellent transport communications (road/air/rail) and with its proximity to London (30 mins by train) making it a popular commuter town. Our great location means we benefit from a good variety of cases and a wonderful loyal client base.
You will be joining a friendly and passionate team consisting of 6 vets, 3 RVNs, 4 student nurses, 2 veterinary care assistants, 5 receptionists and a Practice Manager. The team have a variety of interests including surgery and exotics and James holds a Certificate in Small Animal Medicine.
As an established surgery, James’ practice is purpose built with digital x-ray, ultrasound, blood pressure monitors, ECG, infusion pumps and pulse oximeters.
You will be approachable and recognise the importance of building trusted relationships to your patients, clients and colleagues. You will feel confident with routine surgical and medical cases and newly qualified vets will be keen to learn and put the theory into practice! James is hugely supportive of ongoing development and is happy to support areas of individual interests, and provide a CPD allowance of £1000 per annum.
Our vet team work a regular 4 day week and a weekend rota which includes 2 Saturdays and 1 Sunday in every 5 weeks, with a small element of sole charge on Sundays. There is also no OOHs responsibility with this role ensuring a great work-life balance!
