Senior Veterinary Surgeon - Poole Dorset

Independent practice seeking experienced vet to join management team in leading capacity alongside existing practice manager. Working alongside experienced team of 4 Vets while benefiting from excellent work/life balance, uncapped CPD and great salary.

A fantastic opportunity has arisen within this 5-Vet practice located in the Poole area. The practice in question is independently owned and they are seeking a vet with experience and drive to join their leadership team and contribute towards the excellent level of care that they already provide.
With a 4-day week, no OOH's and only 1 in 3 Saturdays mornings required, work-life balance is definitely one of the great perks of this position. On top of that, this a rare opportunity to jump straight into a lead position with the chance to influence the day-to-day running of the practice and to push the business forward on the whole.
In addition to a very competitive salary, 5 weeks holiday are also provided as well as uncapped CPD allowance which can be used to support certificate funding.

Package and Benefits

• Salary range of £40,000-£55,000

Key Skills, Qualifications and Client Requirements

• RCVS registration
• 3 years experience minimum
• Strong decision making skills
• Surgical bias advantageous but not essential
