Deputy Head Nurse - Greater London

My client is looking for an enthusiastic RVN who is looking for the next step in their career.

You will be joining a forward thinking, fast paced practice with a friendly and welcoming team.

The practice prides itself on providing a Gold Standard of care.

As the deputy head nurse in the team you will help to assist the head nurse with the general running of the practice and over seeing the other RVNs.

By joining this practice you will have the opportunity to use your nursing skills including theatre work and nurse consults.

Any applicant must be a team player with excellent communication skills.

You must be able to use your initiative and have ideas as to how to develop the practice further.

The ideal applicant will be a Clinical Coach or happy to undertake the training to do this.

This is a full time role, 40 hours per week with no OOH and 1 in 4 full weekends
