By joining us at Worksop Vets4Pets you’ll enjoy a varied caseload, loyal clients, a supportive and hardworking team, with no Sundays or OOH!

You’ll become part of an expanding small animal practice working within a purpose-built surgery equipped with digital x-ray and ultrasound, dental machine and separate dog and cat kennel wards. We are ideally situated in North Nottinghamshire with easy access to Sheffield in 20 minutes.

Our Partner, Fiona Thompson, qualified in 2001 and is an excellent general practitioner. Fiona leads a team of 16 including 3 Vets, 7 RVNs, a practice manager and a strong and dedicated reception team of 5. Our extremely knowledgeable and supportive colleagues will help you to learn and develop in a secure, professional yet fun environment!

Person Specification

Our ideal candidate will have good medical and surgical skills. You should be forward thinking with a strong desire to follow up cases, provide excellent level of care to pets and great customer service to clients. Good communication skills, pro-activity and enthusiasm for what you do will be key.

This is a full time role covering an average of 40 hours per week and will include Saturdays on a rota basis. There will be some sole charge so confidence and experience with this is required.
