Veterinary Surgeon - Witney, Oxfordshire

Veterinary surgeon required to work as part of a busy, but supportive team, of 5 FTE veterinary surgeons. There are no OOH and 1 in 6 weekends. The shifts consist of 5 x 8 hour days per week, with sole charge only at weekends (back-up always available if necessary). Must be confident with routine operations and consultations.

Cogges Veterinary Surgery is a single site practice in West Oxfordshire, at the edge of the Cotswolds. We have all the usual equipment and are extremely supportive of further education and CPD. Our vet team includes an ophthalmology certificate holder and 2 medicine certificate holders. We have 8 experienced, qualified nurses, and 2 student nurses within the clinical team.

We would like an experienced vet, able to work both individually and as part of a high performing team. No additional qualifications are necessary; however, we would be supportive of a particular area of interest. Salary is dependent on experience.
