Head Nurse - Mandeville Hospital, North West London

Tanya has been a wonderful head nurse at our busy Mandeville Hospital for over 10 years and is staying at The Mandeville, but in a new role, so we have an exciting career opportunity for an RVN to lead the nursing team at our busy small animal RCVS accredited hospital in North West London. We provide an excellent first opinion, emergency, critical care and referral service to our clients and local network of 10 branches, and work to the highest clinical standards.

The head nurse role offers a fully-supported opportunity to advance existing line-management or senior nurse skills, and would suit an experienced RVN with ECC experience and excellent clinical standards. The successful candidate will be capable of mature decision making, whilst working in an ever-changing environment and will share our philosophy of practising to the highest clinical standards and providing great client care. Previous hospital or referral centre and Clinical Coach experience would be ideal.

The role requires an exceptional individual with excellent communication and organisational skills with the ability to motivate a large highly skilled team of RVNs, SVNs, VNAs and receptionists.

This is a 40-hour per week position; Monday -Friday position with no rota’d weekends or on-calls.
