Veterinary Surgeon - Derbyshire

My clients are currently looking for a passionate vet looking to join a fantastic team.

By joining them you will enjoy a varied caseload, loyal clients, a supportive and hardworking team, with no Sundays or OOH!

You will become part of an expanding small animal practice working within a purpose-built surgery equipped with digital x-ray and ultrasound, dental machine and separate dog and cat kennel wards.

You will be supported by a team of 16 including 3 Vets, 7 RVNs, a practice manager and a strong and dedicated reception team of 5. The extremely knowledgeable and supportive colleagues will help you to learn and develop in a secure, professional yet fun environment!

The ideal candidate will have good medical and surgical skills. You should be forward thinking with a strong desire to follow up cases, provide excellent level of care to pets and great customer service to clients. Good communication skills, pro-activity and enthusiasm for what you do will be key.

This is a full time role covering an average of 40 hours per week and will include Saturdays on a rota basis. There will be some sole charge so confidence and experience with this is required.
