Lead Veterinary Surgeon - Midlothian

My client are looking for a lead veterinary surgeon to join their busy first opinion practice,

This is a full-time role averaging 40 hours per week

You will be leading a team of 2 vets, 3 SVNs and 5 VCAs plus an experienced practice manager

The practice has state of art equipment including digital x-ray, in-house lab, isolation ward

As the lead vet you will need to be an all round vet who is confident in surgery and following consults up to a high level,

You will be the point of call for less experienced members of the team so you will need to be friendly have have excellent communication skills,

There will be some sole charge,

Monday - Friday shifts are between 08:30-20:00, Saturday 09:00-18:00, Sunday 10:00-18:00 on a rota,

• No OOH,
• RCVS, VDS and BVA fees paid for
• CPD funded and supported
• Certificates can be funded for the right applicant
